Message from the Chair
The newly-formed 501(c)3 Arts Caravan has an ambitious vision, one that involves the whole community – artists and activists, children and adults, everyone who cares about our future!
Arts Caravan is a touring bus that brings arts and educational programming to you! You don’t have to put on a fancy suit and come downtown. We come to you. And we bring plays, improv, comedy, books, and more right into your neighborhood, to your favorite festival.
Throughout the temperate months you’ll find us at area events – just look for the colorful bus! Drop by and be surprised and delighted by our offerings! Looking for a free book? We have one for you. Enjoy improv? Enjoy improv AND support another non-profit organization which benefits from our Improv Challenges. Want to get involved? (…but don’t know how…) Watch our short plays and learn about today’s hot-button issues, and then engage with local experts about how YOU can help solve those same issues. And Voter Registration. Yes. We provide that too. The ultimate way you can participate in the civic life of our country.
As with any non-profit organization, we have a large vision, and limited finances and people. Do you want to help us?
- Volunteer to help at Festivals
- Consider serving on our board
- Invest in a Bus Pass (monthly direct debit payment)
- Make a one-time donation
Jump onto the Arts Caravan and help us ignite our city through arts and community engagement!
